Claudio Mourgues

Short Bio


Claudio Mourgues is instructor in the Department of Construction Engineering and Management, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

His teaching includes designing and teaching the course Computer Applications in Construction, and participating in courses such as Surveying and Applied Geoinformatics, and Civil Works.

His research interests are focused on the areas of information technologies in construction, construction technologies, and product and process modeling. He is currently working on taking the benefits of information technologies to the jobsite.

Claudio Mourgues received his Engineering Diploma and MSc. from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Chile (1999), and he currently is a PhD Candidate at Stanford University under the advice of Martin Fischer.
