R. Raymond Issa Raymond Issa studied in the US and he graduated with degrees Civil Engineering and Law. He has lived and worked in Latin America, the Middle East and the US and he is multilingual. He believes that in the globalization of science and engineering and he is constantly working toward this goal. At the University of Florida, Raymond teaches courses in construction law, information technology, construction management and research methods. He is a Distinguished Rinker Professor and Director of the Graduate and Distance Education programs at the Rinker School. As such, he is actively involved in delivering educational opportunities to all corners of the world. Raymond has more than 150 publications, including books, book chapters, journal papers, and conference proceedings papers and he is an Associate Editor for the International e-Journal of Construction. Raymond is very active member of the ASCE and he currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Technical Council on Computing and Information Technology and he is a member of the ASCE Global Center. He also serves on the organizing committees for various international meetings and workshops.
